   In order to cater to the extra rush during  the ensuing Ganpati Festival – 2012 , Konkan Railway has introduced the following  Special Trains in co-ordination with Central Railway between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) and Madgaon (Reserved Special) & Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT)  and Madgaon (Unreserved Special) for the convenience of  its most valuable and esteemed passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

Halts at: The trains will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed,  Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilawade, Rajapur, Vaibhavwadi, Nandgaon, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi, Madure, Pernem,  Thivim and Karmali stations. The train will have 18 coaches with composition of Ten Sleeper Coaches, Two AC 3-Tiers, One AC 2 -Tier, Three General and Two SLR Coaches.
