NEW LTT-KOCHUVELI TRAIN VIA KONKAN RAILWAY ROUTE

Good news for passengers !! The Ministry of Railways has decided to introduce a new bi-weekly Superfast express train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Kochuveli. The inaugural train will be flagged off by Hon’ble Minister for Railways on 24/1/2014 at 1130 hrs from LTT as a special train. The regular service of the train will start from 27/1/2014.

Train no. 22113 will leave from LTT on every Tuesday and Saturday. Train no. 22114 will leave from Kochuveli every Thursday and Monday.

The train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Pernem, Madgaon, Karwar, Udupi, Mangalore Jn., Kasargod, Kannur, Thallasserry, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur, Thrissur, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam, and Kollam.

Train no. 22113 will leave from LTT during regular service at 1655 hrs and reach Kochuveli on next day at 2030 hrs. Train no. 22114 will leave from Kochuveli at 0035 hrs and reach LTT on next day at 0410 hrs. The train will have 17 coaches.
