Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPIL), a PSU under the Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Govt. of India, on 27.11.2017 at the Corporate Office of KRCL in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The MoU is entered into with the intention of gaining synergy by combining the expertise and resources of both the Central Public Sector Enterprises in taking up major infrastructure works in India and abroad.

The MoU was signed by Sh. Amitabh Banerjee, Director Finance of KRCL and Sh. Vinoo Gopal, Director Projects of EPI in the presence of Sh. Rajendra Kumar, Director (Way & Works), KRCL and other senior Officers of KRCL and EPIL.
