Assisting Specially Abled

Passengers travelling on the

Konkan Railway Route

Konkan Railway being a responsible

Corporate Citizen has introduced a

unique service, ‘Sarathi Seva’ for

Specially Abled Passengers travelling

on the Konkan Railway Route.

A wheelchair along with an Assistant

is provided free of cost to Specially

Abled passengers at nominated

stations from Coach to Exit and vice

versa. At present this scheme is

available at Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Karmali,

Madgaon and Udupi stations.
