3. Transmit or upload any material to the APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs;

4. Interfere with or disrupt the APP networks or servers;

5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the APP, any associated Web sites, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means; or

6. Interfere with another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance).

KRCL  has no obligation to monitor Your use of our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance),  or, retain the content of any of Your sessions on our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance).  However, KRCL reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. You shall immediately notify KRCL of any breach of the Terms of Services of this APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance), including this Privacy Policy.    KRCL,  in its sole discretion, may discontinue Your access to our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance), at any time and for any reason and shall not have any liability for doing so.

 

• Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. • Use Of Material And Protection Of Intellectual And Proprietary Rights

All materials on our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) are the exclusive property of KRCL, and all Intellectual Rights, Proprietary Rights, are fully reserved and belongs exclusively to KRCL alone.  All copies or downloads of the APP material must contain the Intellectual & Proprietary Rights notice of KRCL as stated above.   If You desire to download, use or copy any material contained in this APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance),  You shall obtain written permission from KRCL. 

   
Except as stated above, You are not granted any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property rights, licenses, and/or any proprietary rights, in any content contained in our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance).   You shall not republish, create a hypertext link to, or create a hypertext frame to any materials found on our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) without written permission from KRCL.

 

• Infringement

KRCL, upon receiving any notice, shall investigate all claims of intellectual property infringement related to material on our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) and will respond appropriately, following the guidelines of all applicable intellectual property laws. Under appropriate circumstances, KRCL will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Claims of intellectual property infringement must be in writing and directed to KRCL’s designated responsible authority listed below.

• Modifications

KRCL will monitor the APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) to provide optimum services and usage. If for any reason our APP (सीटी-KR Vigilance) is found not to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Policy we will either discontinue such non-complying act or will modify this Policy and notify you of such change by a notice posted on our APP.

• Revisions To Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy or any part of it from time to time. Please review the Privacy Policy periodically for changes.

• Miscellaneous Terms

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Indian laws.   You consent to submit to the jurisdiction of the Indian Laws and the Courts located in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.   A waiver by KRCL of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of these Terms of Service or the acquiescence of KRCL hereto in any act (whether commission or omission) shall not constitute a general waiver of such term, provision or condition of any subsequent act contrary thereto. This Policy represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other written or oral agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this Policy is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, so that the remainder of that provision and all remaining provisions of this Policy will continue in full force and effect.
