Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run festival Special Trains between Mangaluru Central, Tirunelveli and Lokmanya Tilak (T), Dadar  in co-ordination with Southern Railway. Details are as under :

1. Train no. 02620 / 02619 Mangaluru Central - Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Mangaluru Central Daily Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved) :

Train No. 02620  Mangaluru Central - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Daily Superfast Festival Special will leave from  Mangaluru Central at 14.25 hrs from 17th to 31st December 2020. Train will reach Lokmanya Tilak (T)  at 06.35 hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Surathkal, Mulki, Udupi, Kundapura, Mookambika Road Byndoor (H), Bhatkal, Murdeshwar,  Honnavar,Kumta, Gokarna Road, Ankola, Karwar, Madgaon Jn., Kudal, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Panvel and Thane stations.

Train No. 02619 Lokmanya Tilak (T) -  Mangaluru Central Daily Superfast Festival Special will leave from  Lokmanya Tilak (T)  at 15.20 hrs from 18th  December 2020 to 01st January 2021. Train will reach Mangaluru Central  at 07.30 hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun,Ratnagiri, Kudal, Madgaon Jn. Karwar, Ankola, Gokarna Road, Kumta, Honnavar, Murdeshwar,  Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor (H),  Kundapura,  Udupi, Mulki and Surathkal stations.

Composition : Total 20 Coaches  = 2 Tier AC - 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, Sleeper - 10 Coaches, Second Seating - 05 Coaches, SLR - 02.
 

2. Train no. 06072/06071 Tirunelveli - Dadar - Tirunelveli Weekly Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved)  :

Train No. 06072 Tirunelveli - Dadar Weekly Superfast Festival Special will leave from  Tirunelveli at 07.15 hrs on Wednesday 16th, 23rd & 30th December 2020. Train will reach Dadar  at 15.00 hrs on the next day.

Train No. 06071 Dadar - Tirunelveli Weekly Superfast Festival Special will leave from Dadar at 20.40 hrs on Thursday 17th, 24th & 31st December 2020. Train will reach Tirunelveli  at 04.00 hrs on the third day.

Train no 06072 will halt at Kovilpatti, Virudunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Karur, Erode Jn., Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Shoranur Jn., Kozhikode, Kannur, Mangaluru Jn., Udupi,  Honnavar, Karwar, Madgaon Jn., Thivim, Kankavali, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Panvel and Thane stations.

Train no. 06071  will halt at all above mentioned stations except Kovilpatti station.

Composition : Total 15 LHB Coaches  = 2 Tier AC - 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, Sleeper - 07 Coaches, Second Seating - 03 Coaches, Generator Car - 02.
