Good news for passengers !!! It has been decided to run Train no. 06097 / 06098 Kochuveli - Yog Nagari Rishikesh - Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Special and Train no. 06164 / 06163 Kochuveli - Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Kochuveli Bi-Weekly Garib Rath Special (fully reserved) in co-ordination with Southern Railway. Details are as under :

1) Train no. 06097 / 06098 Kochuveli - Yog Nagari Rishikesh - Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Special (Fully Reserved) :

Train no. 06097 Kochuveli - Yog Nagari Rishikesh Weekly Superfast Special (fully reserved) will leave from Kochuveli at 09:15 hrs every Friday from 16th April 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Yog Nagari Rishikesh at 13:40 hrs on the third day.

Train no. 06098 Yog Nagari Rishikesh - Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Special (fully reserved) will leave from Yog Nagari Rishikesh at 06:10 hrs every Monday from 19th April 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Kochuveli  at 12:25 hrs on the third day.

Train no. 06097 will halt at Kollam Jn., Alappuzha, Ernakulam Jn., Thrissur, Shoranur Jn., Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod, Mangaluru Jn., Udupi, Madgaon Jn., Ratnagiri, Panvel, Vasai Road, Palghar, Surat, Vadodara Jn., Kota Jn., H. Nizamuddin, Ghaziabad, Meerut City, Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee, Haridwar and Virbhadra stations.

Train no.06098 will halt at all above stations and will have additional halt at Deoband station.

Composition : Total 22 LHB Coaches = 2 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, 3 Tier AC – 06 coaches, Sleeper - 08 Coaches, Second Seating - 04 Coaches, Generator Car – 02.

2) Train no. 06164 / 06163 Kochuveli - Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Kochuveli Bi-Weekly Garib Rath Special (Fully Reserved) :

Train no. 06164 Kochuveli - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Bi-Weekly Garib Rath Special (fully reserved) will leave from Kochuveli at 08:45 hrs every Sunday & Thursday from 11th April 2021 until further advice. Train will reach  Lokmanya Tilak (T)  at 11:45 hrs on the next day.

Train no. 06163 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Kochuveli Bi-Weekly Garib Rath Special (fully reserved) will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 16:55 hrs every Monday & Friday from 12th April 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Kochuveli  at 20:25 hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Kollam Jn., Kayankulam Jn., Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Shoranur Jn., Tirur, Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod, Mangaluru Jn., Udupi, Karwar, Madgaon Jn., Ratnagiri, Panvel and Thane stations.

Composition : Total 15 Coaches = 3 Tier AC – 11 Coaches, AC Chair Car - 02 Coaches, Generator Car – 02.

All norms of State & Central Government regarding COVID-19 including social distancing, sanitization etc should be followed in trains and at the Railway stations.
