It has been decided by Northern Railway to reroute Train No. 12217 / 12218 Kochuveli - Chandigarh - Kochuveli ‘Kerala Sampark Kranti’ bi-weekly express during the Pre NI & NI block in the Palwal - Mathura Jn. section with a stoppage at Delhi Cantt. Station for 02 minutes in both directions. Details are as under :

Train no. 12218 Chandigarh - Kochuveli bi-weekly Express journey commences on 03/01/2024, 10/01/2024, 12/01/2024, 17/01/2024, 19/01/2024, 24/01/2024, 26/01/2024, 31/01/2024 & 02/02/2024 is diverted via Ambala Cantt.- Adarsha nagar - Delhi Cantt. - Rewari Jn. - Jaipur Jn. Sawai Madhopur instead of Ambala Cantt. - New Delhi - H. Nizamuddin - Palwal - Mathura Jn. - Sawai Madhopur skipping stoppages at New Delhi & H. Nizamuddin.

Train no. 12217 Kochuveli - Chandigarh bi-weekly Express journey commences on 08/01/2024, 13/01/2024, 15/01/2024, 20/01/2024, 22/01/2024, 27/01/2024, 29/01/2024 & 03/02/2024 is diverted via Sawai Madhopur Jn. - Jaipur Jn. - Rewari Jn. - Delhi Cantt. - Adarsha nagar  - Ambala Cantt. instead of Sawai Madhopur Jn. - Mathura Jn. - Palwal - H. Nizamuddin - New Delhi - Ambala Cantt. skipping stoppages at  H. Nizamuddin & New Delhi  .
