In terms of the instructions received from Ministry of Railways, Konkan Railway is observing “Rail Hamsafar Saptaah” from 26th May to 1st June 2016. As a part of the same, Intensive Cleanliness Campaign was organized today on the entire Konkan Railway Route on all the Stations, Railway Premises and Trains running over KR Route.

It is also pertinent to mention that Konkan Railway has already introduced “Clean My Coach” Facility on Train Nos. 10111 / 10112 Konkan Kanya and 10103 / 10104 Mandovi Express wherein the passengers have to SMS CLEAN<space><10digit PNR> and send it to 58888 so that the On-board Housekeeping Staff (OBHS) can attend the Coach.

All the Officers and Staff of Konkan Railway have actively participated in this Cleanliness Drive, which was a grand success.
