ARRANGEMENTS FOR PASSENGERS

The trains on Konkan Railway route are running late and have been regulated at various stations as a result of the restoration work being carried out at the accident site. For the convenience of passengers, Konkan Railway has made following arrangements:

1. Free tea, biscuits, and drinking water provision for passengers in the trains which are regulated at Ratnagiri, Kankawali, Chiplun, and Kudal stations.

2. Free lunch to passengers in train no. 11004 Rajyarani Exp at Ratnagiri.

3. Free meals to passengers in train no. 10111 at Khed

4. Breakfast arrangements were ensured in all trains in the morning.

5. Sufficient stock of Snacks provisions has been made at tea stalls at stations

6. Where the charging facility is available, the AC coaches are being charged in the trains.

7. Refund has been arranged at stations for those who would like to cancel tickets.

8. Transshipment was arranged yesterday for 3 pairs of trains in 99 buses and as many as 5960 number of passengers were transshipped.

Konkan Railway is making best possible arrangements as far is possible. Trains will run late on the route today too. Passengers may check the status of trains on www.konkanrailway.com before boarding the train.
