A Helping Hand to the Senior Citizens
travelling on Konkan Railway Route

In order to further strengthen the commitment towards better Customer Services, Konkan Railway has introduced an innovative and unique “Shravan Seva” Services for Senior Citizens travelling over Konkan Railway Route.  This Scheme includes extending a Helping Hand to them by providing an Attendant to carry their luggage at boarding / alighting points.

This facility can be availed by sending an SMS four hours in advance of their journey, indicating their PNR, Coach and Seat Number on Mobile No. 09664044456.

These services are available at Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Thivim, Karmali and Madgaon Stations. This service is being rendered by Konkan Railway, FREE OF COST.   So far about 1600  Senior Citizens have already availed of this service.

Our esteemed Senior Citizens travelling on Konkan Railway Route may kindly avail of these services, which are exclusively dedicated to them as a goodwill gesture.
