Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run Special Trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganpati Festival in co-ordination with Central Railway.  The details are as under :-

1). Train no. 01001/01002 Mumbai CST – Madgaon -Mumbai CST Reserved special

Train No. 01001 Mumbai CST – Madgaon special train will leave from Mumbai CST at 00:20 hrs on 11th , 12th , 13th , 14th , 15th , 16th , 18th , 19th , 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd , 25th , 26th 27th , 28th , 29th  September 2015.  The train will reach Madgaon at 14:10 hrs on same day. Total Trips – 17 Nos.
Train No. 01002 Madgaon – Mumbai CST  special train will leave from Madgaon at 14:40 hrs on 11th , 12th , 13th , 14th , 15th , 16th , 18th , 19th , 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd , 25th , 26th 27th , 28th , 29th  September 2015. The train will reach CSTM at 04:25 hrs on next day. Total Trips – 17 Nos.
The train will run 6 days a week (Except Thursday). The train will halt at  Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Zarap, Sawantwadi, Madure, Pernem, Thivim and Karmali stations.
The Train will have 18 Coaches.

2) Train no. 01033/01034 Mumbai CST – Madgaon -Mumbai CST Reserved special.

Train No. 01033 Mumbai CST – Madgaon Reserved special train will leave from  Mumbai CST at 00:20 hrs on 10th, 17th & 24th September and 01st October. The train will reach  Madgaon at 14:10 hrs on same day. Total Trips – 04 Nos.
Train No. 01034 Madgaon – Mumbai CST Reserved special train will leave from Madgaon at 15:25 hrs on 10th , 17th , 24th September & 01st October. The Train will reach  Mumbai CST at 04:25 hrs. On next day. Total Trips – 04 Nos.
The train will run weekly (Thursday). The train will halt at  Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Raod, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Zarap, Sawantwadi, Madure, Thivim and Karmali stations.
The Train will have 18 Coaches.

3.Train no. 01095/01096 Dadar – Sawantwadi -Dadar Reserved Speacial.

Train No. 01095  Dadar – Sawantwadi Reserved Special train will leave from Dadar at 07:50 hrs on 13th , 15th , 18th , 20th , 22nd, 25th , 27th  & 29th September. The Train will reach  Sawantwadi at 20:30 hrs on same day.
Train No. 01096 Sawantwadi – Dadar Reserved Spacial Train willl leave from Sawantwadi 04:50 hrs on 14th , 16th , 19th , 21th , 23rd , 26th , 28th & 30th . The Train will reach Dadar at 15:50 hrs on same day.
The train will run Triweekly, Ex-Dadar on Sunday, Tuesday & Friday and Ex-Karmali on Monday,  Wednesday & Saturday . The train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal and Zarap Stations.
The Train will have 12 Coaches.
