Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to extend the periodicity of Train No. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Special to clear extra rush of passengers in co-ordination with West Central Railway.  Details are as follows :

Train no. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Special :

Train No. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Special will leave from Jabalpur Jn. at 11:00 hrs every Saturday from 20th July to 28th September 2019. The train will reach Coimbatore Jn. at 05:00 hrs on the third day.

Train No. 02197 Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Special will leave from Coimbatore Jn. at 19:00 hrs every Monday from 22nd July to 30th September 2019. The train will reach Jabalpur Jn. at 12:45 hrs on the third day.

The train will halt at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi, Harda, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Igatpuri, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, Mangaluru Jn., Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalasaery, Vadakara, Kozhikkode, Tirur, Shoranur Jn. and Palghat stations.

Composition : Total 22 Coaches = 2 Tier AC – 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 04 Coaches, Sleeper – 11 Coaches, General – 04 Coaches, SLR – 02.
