Quality infrastructure and amenities are the keys for improved passenger satisfaction. Konkan Railway is focusing on enhancing the services and infrastructure to achieve high level passenger satisfaction. Konkan Railway has taken up the project for “Roha - Veer Track Doubling” and “Construction of 10 new stations & 8 Loop Lines” at various places over its route.
The Capacity Augmentation Work of Roha - Veer section Track Doubling is in the advanced stage of completion. During the progress of the rail linking work for one Main Line, Loop line and associated works, it will be difficult for passengers to board and alight from trains at Indapur (Halt) station.
Also the construction of new loop line and platform at Veravali Halt station is in progress. During these works it will be difficult for passengers to board and alight from trains at Veravali (Halt) station.
To ensure safety of passengers during the progress of these works it has been decided to suspend halt for passenger traffic at Indapur (Halt) and Veravali (Halt) stations from 01st to 30th November 2019.
Passengers are requested to kindly note the same. Inconvenience caused is regretted.
