5.2     Goods refund :--

(a) Section 106 of the Railway Act 1989:- An applicant shall apply to CCM/KRCL‘s office personally or by post within a period of six (06) Months in the prescribed application Form.

(b) If the claim is rejected or dissatisfied, he can approach the near by Railway Claims Tribunal personally or by post within three (03) months from the date on which the fare of freight is paid to the Railway Administration in prescribed Form.
