It has been decided by Northern Railway to extend the augmentation of extra coaches in Train No. 02284 / 02283 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin “Duranto” Superfast Weekly Special on experimental basis for an additional period of six months. Details are as under :

Train No. 02284 / 02283 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin “Duranto” Superfast Weekly Special : 01 Three Tier AC coach & 02 Sleeper Coaches are augmented to the existing composition of 16 LHB Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 19 LHB coaches on  following days:    

1. Train No. 02284 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. “Duranto” Superfast Weekly Special  ex. H. Nizamuddin  from 23/10/2021 to 16/04/2022.

2. Train No.02283 Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin “Duranto” Superfast Weekly Special ex. Ernakulam Jn. from 26/10/2021 to 19/04/2022.
