Good news for Passengers!!! It has been decided to run Train no. 06287 / 06288 Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn. - Yesvantpur Express Special by South Western Railway in co-ordination with Konkan Railway to clear extra rush of passengers during Pongal festival season. Details are as under: 

Train no. 06287 / 06288 Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn.- Yesvantpur Express Special :

Train No. 06287 Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn. Express Special will leave from Yesvantpur at 11:50 hrs on Tuesday & Friday, 13/01/2026 & 23/01/2026. The train will reach Madgaon Jn. at 06:45 hrs on the next day.

Train No. 06288 Madgaon Jn. - Yesvantpur Express Special will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 11:00 hrs on Sunday & Monday, 18/01/2026 & 26/01/2026. The train will reach Yesvantpur at  04:45  hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kabakaputtur, Bantwala, Surathkal, Mulki, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapura, Mookambika Road Byndoor(H), Bhatkal, Murdeshwar, Honnavar, Kumta, Gokarna Road, Ankola & Karwar stations.

Composition : Total 22 Coaches = First class - 01 Coach, 2 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, 3 Tier AC - 01 Coach, Sleeper - 10 Coaches, General - 06 Coaches, SLR – 02.
