Good News for Passengers!!! It has been decided to run following additional special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Holi Festival 2026. Details are as under.

1) Train no. 01071/ 01072 Mumbai CSMT - Sawantwadi Road - Mumbai CSMT Special (Weekly) : 

Train No. 01071 Mumbai CSMT - Sawantwadi Road  Special (Weekly) will leave from  Mumbai CSMT at 00.20 hrs on 01/03/2026 (Sunday). The train will reach  Sawantwadi Road at 12:30 hrs on the same day.

Train No. 01072 Sawantwadi Road - Mumbai CSMT Special (Weekly) will leave from Sawantwadi Road at 17:20 hrs on 01/03/2026 (Sunday). The train will reach Mumbai CSMT at 03:45 hrs on the next day. 

Trains will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Pen, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg & Kudal stations. 

Composition : Total 20 LHB Coaches = 3 Tier AC Economy - 18 Coaches, Generator Car - 02.

The bookings for Train no. 01072 will open on 28/02/2026 at all Passenger Reservation Systems (PRS), internet and IRCTC website.
