It has been decided by Western Railway to undertake upgradation works for shifting  / modification of existing overhead between Palghar - Boisar station and replacement of corroded steel girder with PSC slab of Br 164 between Vangaon - Dahanu Road on 27/05/2022, 28/05/2022 & 29/05/2022 over Western Railway.  The repercussions to train services are as under:

In continuation to Press Release dated 29/04/2022 regarding  “Upgradation work over Southern Railway”, It has been decided by Southern Railway to extend the infrastructure up-gradation works of commissioning of double line  between  Ettumanur - Kottayam - Chingavanam stations over Southern Railway on 29/05/2022. Repercussions to train services are as under:

Diversion of Trains:

It has been decided to undertake upgradation works for launching of plate girders of Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Kolad station in Ratnagiri region over Konkan Railway on 28/05/2022 (Saturday). The repercussions to train services are as under:

1. Train No. 19578 Jamnagar - Tirunelveli Express journey commences on 27/05/2022 will be regulated over Western Railway & Central Railway route for 02:30 hrs.

It has been decided by North Western Railway to augment coaches on a permanent basis in the following trains. 

Train no 22475 / 22476 Hissar Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Hissar Jn. Weekly Express: Two coaches of  3 Tier AC are augmented to the existing composition of 18 LHB coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 20 LHB coaches on  following days:

1. Train no 22475 Hissar Jn. - Coimbatore Jn.  Weekly Express ex. Hissar Jn. every Wednesday from  01/06/2022 .

Good news for passengers !!! It has been decided to extend the services of Train no. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special in co-ordination with West Central Railway with existing stoppages. Details are as under:

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to Augment coaches in following Trains by Western Railway to clear extra rush of passengers during Summer season - 2022. Details are as under:

Train no. 20924 / 20923 Gandhidham - Tirunelveli - Gandhidham Weekly Express: One Sleeper coach is augmented to the existing composition of 21 LHB coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 22 LHB coaches on  following days:

Good news for passengers !!! It has been decided to extend the services of Train no. 01045 / 01046 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thivim - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Summer Special in co-ordination with Central Railway with existing timings, stoppages and composition. Details are as under:

1. Train no. 01045 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thivim Summer Special earlier notified upto 24/05/2022 is extended for 26/05/2022, 28/05/2022, 30/05/2022, 01/06/2022, & 03/06/2022.

It has been decided by Central Railways to provide a temporary stoppage to Train No. 12779 / 12780 Vasco Da Gama - H. Nizamuddin - Vasco Da Gama  Daily Superfast Express from 30/05/2022 to 05/06/2022 to facilitate movement of pilgrims attending the Annual Festival Bhandara for Shri Prayagdham trust, Uruli.
