It has been decided by West Central Railway to augment coaches on a permanent basis in the following trains to clear extra rush of passengers. Details are as under :

Train no. 02198 / 02197  Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn.  Weekly Superfast Festival Special: One 2 Tier AC, One Sleeper & Two Second Seating Coaches  are permanently augmented to the existing composition of 17 Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 21 coaches  from following days:    

1. Train no. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special ex. Jabalpur Jn.  with effect from 03/09/2021 (Friday).

2. Train no. 02197 Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special ex. Coimbatore Jn. with effect from 06/09/2021 (Monday).
