Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC) at its Corporate Office, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The MoU was signed by Shri Dinesh Kumar Thoppil, Executive Director (Projects)/KRCL, and Shri Santosh Rai, Operations Director & Chief Business Officer/HCC, in the presence of Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, Chairman & Managing Director/KRCL, and Shri Arjun Dhawan, Vice Chairman & Managing Director/HCC,. Directors and other senior officials from both organizations were also present on the occasion.

Under this MoU, KRCL and HCC will collaborate and pool their expertise to jointly pursue and execute infrastructure projects in India and abroad. KRCL brings a proven track record in executing complex railway and infrastructure projects including the Konkan Railway Line, Chenab Bridge, and Anji-Khad Bridge along with strong Research and Development (R&D), engineering capabilities, and experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects. Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC), one of India’s premier Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies, contributes decades of expertise in delivering large scale infrastructure and operations & maintenance projects across transportation, power, and urban development sectors.
