A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 04 November 2025 between the Konkan Railway Corporation Limited and Shree Mallikarjun & Shri. Chetan Manju Desai College, Dnyan Prabodhini Mandal, Canacona, Goa.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, Chairman & Managing Director, KRCL. Also present were Shri Chetan Manju Desai, Chairman, Gyan Prabodhini Mandal, Dr. Roopa Chari, Head of Department, Hindi, Smt. Asha Shetty, Regional Railway Manager / Karwar Shri Sadanand Chitale, Assistant Deputy General Manager (Rajbhasha), along with senior officials of Konkan Railway.

This MoU lays the foundation for collaborative efforts aimed at promoting Hindi language through academic partnership, training sessions, workshops, and other capacity-building initiatives. The association reflects a shared commitment in strengthening linguistic proficiency, cultural understanding and institutional cooperation.
