Swachhata Hi Sewa Pakhwara- 2024 on Konkan Railway
Swachhata Hi Sewa," a two-week-long cleanliness awareness campaign, was observed across Konkan Railway from 17th September to 2nd October 2024, culminating in the celebration of Mahatma Gandhi's Jayanti. This campaign focuses on promoting cleanliness and sustainability within the railway ecosystem, reinforcing Konkan Railway's commitment to maintaining a clean and green environment for passengers and employees alike.
Short Termination of Trains at Thane & Dadar station
It has been decided by Central Railway to extend the short termination of the following trains at Thane & Dadar station upto 31/12/2024 due to extension work of Platform no. 12 & 13 at Mumbai CSMT. Repercussion to train services are as under:
Train no. 12134 Mangaluru Jn. - Mumbai CSMT Express will be short terminated at Thane station upto 31/12/2024.
Train no. 22120 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT Tejas Express will be short terminated at Dadar station upto 31/12/2024.
