It has been decided to operate a 03 hrs mega block for maintenance of assets between Chiplun - Sangameshwar Road on 07/09/2023 (Thursday) from 07:30 hrs to 10:30 hrs. Repercussion to train services are as under:

1. Train no. 01139 Nagpur - Madgaon Jn. Special journey commences on 06/09/2023 will be regulated for 100 minutes between Kolad - Chiplun section.

It has been notified by Southern Railway that the sanctioned Mega Block and Preliminary work blocks for the provision of additional platforms at Mangaluru Central station from 03/09/2023 to 09/09/2023 could not be availed by Palghat division due to want of CRS approval.

Passengers are requested to note that the train services mentioned in Press Release dated 01/09/2023 regarding Mega block work for additional platforms at Mangaluru Central Station - Stage III - Line block program in Palghat Division will run according to its original schedule.
