Indian Railways is on a mission mode to electrify its entire Broad Gauge network to provide environment friendly, green & clean mode of transport to its people under the  ‘Mission 100% Electrification - Moving towards net Zero Carbon Emission’ plan.

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run following Special Trains in co-ordination with Western Railway  to clear extra rush of passengers during Summer Season -  2022. Details are as under :

1)  Train no. 09193 / 09194 Surat - Karmali - Surat Weekly on Special Fare: 

Train no. 09193 Surat - Karmali Weekly on Special  Fare will leave from Surat at 19:50 hrs every Tuesday from 19th April to 07th June 2022. Train will reach Karmali at 11:30 hrs on the next day. 

It has been decided by Southern Railway to revise the composition of coaches Train no. 12617 / 12618  Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. Mangala Lakshdweep Superfast Express (Daily) as under :

Total 22 coaches : 2 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, 3 Tier AC - 07 Coaches, Sleeper - 08 Coaches, Second Seating - 02 Coaches, Pantry Car - 01, Generator Car - 02.

Train will run with the revised composition on  following days:

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run following Special Trains  in co-ordination with West Central Railway. Details are as under :

1)  Train no. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special : 

Train no. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special  will leave from Jabalpur Jn. at 23:50 hrs every Friday from 1st April  to 27th May 2022. Train will reach Coimbatore Jn. at 14:40 hrs on the third day. 

In continuation to the press release dated 02/02/2022,  it has been decided to extend the cancellation of Train no. 10101  / 10102 Ratnagiri - Madgaon Jn. - Ratnagiri Daily Express on a temporary basis up to 30/06/2022 (Thursday) which was earlier cancelled upto 31/03/2022.

Passengers are requested to kindly note the same. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

1)  Train no. 01023 / 01024 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Sawantwadi Road - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Daily Special : 

Train no. 01023 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Sawantwadi Road Daily Special will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 22:15 hrs from 25th March to 02nd April 2022. Train will reach Sawantwadi Road at 10:00 hrs on the next day. 

It has been decided by Northern Railway to augment coaches on a permanent basis in the following trains.

Train no 12284 / 12283 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin Duranto Weekly Express: One 3 Tier AC & Two  Sleeper coaches are augmented to the existing composition of 16 LHB coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 19 LHB coaches on  following days:

1. Train no 12284  H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. Duranto Weekly Express ex. H. Nizamuddin from  26/03/2022 (Saturday).

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run following Special Trains in co-ordination with Central Railway to clear extra rush of passengers during Holi Festival - 2022. Details are as under :

1) Train no. 01107 Madgaon Jn. - Thokur Special : 

Train no. 01107 Madgaon Jn. - Thokur Special will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 05:10 hrs on 20th March 2022, Sunday. Train will reach Thokur at 11:30 hrs on the same day.

1)  Train no. 01403 / 01404 Pune Jn. - Karmali - Pune Jn. Weekly Special : 

Train no. 01403 Pune Jn. - Karmali Weekly Special  will leave from Pune Jn. at 17:30 hrs on every Friday from 08th April to 03rd June 2022. Train will reach Karmali at 08:00 hrs on the next day. 

Southern Railway has decided to undertake infrastructure upgradation works for commissioning of double line between Padil - Kulashekara section in Palakkad division over Southern Railway from 17/03/2022 to 21/03/2022. Repercussions to train services are as under :

Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train no. 16515 Yesvantpur - Karwar Express journey commences on 18/03/2022 is fully cancelled.
