Shri Pradeep Sharma was travelling from Bikaner  to Ratnagiri  by Train No. 16311 Bikaner Kochuveli Express on 13.12.2016 on reaching  Ratnagiri, he  found  that his mobile was  lost  in Coach No. S-11. Immediately he reported to Konkan Railway Commercial Staff  Ms. Aparna Jadhav at Ratnagiri Station then she contacted on duty Ticket Examiner Shri Naik and Shri K.N. Rao after that search was carried out by both of them  and  Mobile was found in the train which was handed over to Shri Pradeep Sharma.

Shri Pradeep Sharma appreciated efforts done by  KRCL staff for which Konkan Railway Management awarded cash prize to all the three employees in  recognition of their commendable service.

Konkan Railway always at service for their passengers.
