It has been decided by Northern Railway to replace the existing ICF rake of Train No. 12484 / 12483 Amritsar - Kochuveli - Amritsar Super Fast Weekly Express with LHB rake with effect from 09th June 2019, Sunday Ex. Amritsar and 12th June 2019, Wednesday Ex.  Kochuveli. Details are as under :
