In continuation to Bulletin No. 01 dated 02/08/2022 regarding “Regulation, Short - Termination & Cancellation of Trains” due to Heavy Rain (of around 403 mm in a period of 05 hrs) / cloud burst in Murdeshwar - Bhatkal section in Karwar region over Konkan Railway resulting in water logging, Soil slippage consequently  disrupting train services in this region. The track fit certificate was issued at 14:20 hrs on 02/08/2022 and train services are now restored.

Between Murdeshwar - Bhatkal section in Karwar region over Konkan Railway, Heavy Rain (of around 403 mm in a period of 05 hrs) a cloud burst  situation was reported. Due to which, water logging, Soil slippage occurred resulting in disruption of the Train services in this region. Restoration work is under progress and efforts are being made to restore it at the earliest at around 12:00hrs . Repercussion to Train services are as under:
