Central Railway has decided to undertake Upgradation Works of 5th & 6th line between Thane - Diva Jn section of Mumbai Division over Central Railway on 23/01/2022 (Sunday). Repercussion to Train services are as under:

Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train no. 22119 Mumbai CSMT - Karmali Tejas Express journey commences on 23/01/2022 is fully cancelled.

2. Train no. 22120 Karmali -  Mumbai CSMT Tejas Express journey commences on 23/01/2022 is fully cancelled.

The work of launching 63m Girder for Road Over Bridge of National Highway NH-66 / PWD in Goa state between Karmali and Verna section will be undertaken from 24/01/2022 to 10/02/2022. Repercussions to train services are as under:

 Short Termination /  Short  Origination of Train:

1. Train no. 12051 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Janshatabdi Express journey commences on 25/01/2022 will be short terminated at Karmali.

In continuation to the press release dated 01/01/2022, the upgradation of Infrastructure works viz. Tunnel Maintenance and Railway Electrification are in progress between Ratnagiri - Madgaon section. Hence it has been decided to extend the cancellation of Train no. 10101  / 10102 Ratnagiri - Madgaon Jn. - Ratnagiri Daily Express on temporary basis for a further 15 days up to 02/02/2022 (Wednesday) .

Passengers are requested to kindly note the same. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run a special train between Madgaon - Panvel in co-ordination with Central Railway to clear extra rush of passengers. Details are as under :

Train No. 01596 / 01595 Madgaon Jn. - Panvel - Madgaon Jn. Special :

Train No. 01596 Madgaon Jn.- Panvel Special will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 11:00 hrs on Sunday  16th January 2022. Train will reach Panvel at 21:00 hrs on the same day.

The bookings for Train no. 10215 Madgaon Jn. - Ernakulam Jn. Weekly Superfast Express will open from 13/01/2022 at all Passenger Reservation Systems (PRS), internet and IRCTC website.

Passengers may kindly note the same.

It has been decided by Western Railway to augment a Coach on a permanent basis in following Train:

Train no. 20932 / 20931 Indore Jn. - Kochuveli - Indore Jn. Weekly Express:

One 2-Tier AC Coach is augmented to the existing composition of 21 LHB Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 22  LHB  coaches on  following days:    

1. Train no. 20932 Indore Jn. - Kochuveli Weekly Express ex. Indore Jn. every Tuesday from 18/01/2022.

South Western Railway has decided to undertake upgradation works for the Doubling Project  for Kulem stage-I between Castle Rock and Vasco Da Gama section in Hubballi Division from 26/01/2022 to 04/02/2022. Repercussions to train services are as under:

Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train no. 07342 Vasco Da Gama - Kulem Passenger Special journey dated 30/01/2022 & 04/02/2022 is Fully Cancelled.

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to restore the services of Train no. 10215 / 10216 Madgaon Jn. - Ernakulam Jn. - Madgaon Jn.  Weekly Superfast Express  with effect from 16/01/2022 (Sunday) onwards. Details are as under:

Train no. 10215 / 10216 Madgaon Jn. - Ernakulam Jn. - Madgaon Jn.  Weekly Superfast Express:

It has been decided by South Western Railway to augment 01 Sleeper coach on a temporary basis in Train no. 12779 Vasco Da Gama - H. Nizamuddin Daily Express on 09/01/2022 to clear extra rush of passengers.

It has been decided by Central Railway to de-augment 01 Second Seating coach of Train no. 11003 / 11004 Dadar - Sawantwadi Road - Dadar Tutari Express (Daily) from 10/01/2022 (Monday) to 24/02/2022 (Thursday) i.e for 45 days due to repair and maintenance works of Mazgaon yard washing pit no. 06. Train will run with a composition of 18 coaches during the above mentioned period.
