In continuation to the press release dated 26/09/2019, the augmentation of extra coaches in Train No. 11085 / 11086 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Madgaon Jn. - Lokmanya Tilak (T) AC Double Decker Express on temporary basis to clear extra rush of passengers during Dussehra / Diwali / Christmas / Winter season in Monsoon and Non-Monsoon period on corrected days are as under :

It has been decided to take block for upgradation of infrastructure work at Anjani station between Khed and Chiplun station for commissioning of Loop Line No 2 on 01/10/2019 (Tuesday) from 17:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs. Details of repercussions to the trains are as under :

Train No. 12052 Madgaon – Dadar “Janshatabdi” Express dated 01/10/2019 is rescheduled to leave ex. Madgaon Jn. at 13:45 hrs ( i.e. 01.30 hrs late).

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to extend the periodicity of Train No. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Special to clear extra rush of passengers in co-ordination with West Central Railway. Details are as follows :

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run special trains between Lokmanya Tilak (T) / Panvel and Karmali / Thivim to clear extra rush of passengers during Puja and Diwali Festival-2019 in co-ordination with Central Railway. Details are as under :

1) Train no. 01045 / 01046 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Karmali - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special (Weekly):

Train no. 01045 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Karmali Special Weekly will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 01:10 hrs every Friday from 25th October to 08th November 2019. The Train will reach Karmali at 13:30 hrs on the same day.

As a part of Hon’ble Prime Minister’s “Swachh Bharat Mission” initiative, Indian Railway is striving hard to maintain Railway Stations and Trains as well as surrounding areas clean through its “Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat” program.

Konkan Railway, under the initiative and guidance of Hon'ble Minister for Railways, Shri Piyush Goyal, has formulated an Action Plan to bring the quantum improvement in the cleanliness at the stations and trains. The Swachhata Pakhwara drive will be undertaken from 16th  to 30th September 2019.
