It has been decided by Northern Railway to augment extra coach on a temporary basis in the following trains. Details are as under :

1. Train no. 02284 / 02283 H. Nizamuddin – Ernakulam Jn. – H. Nizamuddin Duranto Weekly Special : 01 Sleeper Coach is augmented to existing composition of 16 Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 17 coaches on  following days:

   1. Train no. 02284 H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Duranto Weekly Special ex. H. Nizamuddin  on 03/10/2020.

The restoration work of Pernem tunnel at Km 384/6-7 between Madure & Pernem station of Karwar region is successfully completed and the track fit certificate was issued at 22.00 hrs on 15/09/2020 and traffic is restored. The details are as under:

1) Train No. 02617 Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin Special Express dated 15/09/2020  onwards will run on proper route via Madgaon - Roha - Panvel - Kalyan.

Railway Board has decided to extend the cancellation, partial cancellation and diversion of the following trains upto 15/09/2020 :

Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train no. 06346 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special Express journey date from 11/09/2020 to 15/09/2020 is cancelled.

2. Train no. 06345 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thiruvananthapuram Central Special Express journey date from 11/09/2020 to 15/09/2020 is cancelled.

Good news for Candidates attending Exams!!! It has been decided to run Special Trains between Mumbai CSMT / Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) and Sawantwadi Road / Madgaon Jn. for Candidates attending exams of National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) in co-ordination with Central Railway and South Western Railway. In continuation with the Press Release dated 03/09/2020 regarding Running of Examination Special and Regular Special Trains, it has been decided by South Western Railway to revise the existing composition of 15 Coaches of Train no. 06585 / 06586 Yesvantpur - Karwar - Yesvantpur Daily Special Express  as under :
