Due to derailment of Train No. 11005 Dadar - Pondicherry Express dated 15/04/2022 on Central Railway, following trains are rescheduled. 

1. Train No. 22120 Karmali - Mumbai CSMT Tejas express journey commences on 16/04/2022 is rescheduled to leave ex. Karmali at 19:00 hrs i.e. 04.20 hrs late.

2. Train No. 10112 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT Konkan Kanya express  journey commences on 16/04/2022 is rescheduled to leave ex. Madgaon Jn. at 19.00 hrs i.e. 60 minutes late.  

It has been decided to take a block for up-gradation of infrastructure for launching of  RH Girder between Majorda and Madgaon section in lieu of LC-45 on 18/04/2022, 19/04/2022, 25/04/2022, 26/04/2022, 02/05/2022 & 03/05/2022. Repercussions to train services are as under:

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to run following Additional Special Trains in co-ordination with Central Railway  to clear extra rush of passengers during Summer Season -  2022. Details are as under :

1)  Train no. 01045 / 01046 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thivim - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Summer Special: 

Konkan Railway launched a special drive against ticketless travel. In the surprise ticket checking campaign during the month of March 2022, a total of 8,633 unauthorized / irregular travelers were detected without tickets and were penalized. 

A total of ₹55.99 lakh was recovered from fines by the Special squad of Train Ticket Examiners (TTE) deployed. Konkan Railway appeals to passengers to travel with proper and valid tickets in order to avoid the inconvenience.

The Government of India & The Government of Nepal  in a move to strengthen the Indo - Nepal connectivity, enhance trade and commerce activities commissioned the Jaynagar (Bihar - India) – Kurtha (Nepal) section of Rail link.

Government of Nepal has formed Nepal Railway Company Limited (NRCL) which has been given the onus of operations & maintenance of train services and Railway system in Jaynagar- Kurtha section. Nepal Railway Company Limited has awarded the contract for starting train operations in Jayanagar - Kurtha to Konkan Railway.

It has been decided by Southern Railway to  revise the composition of Train No. 16312 / 16311 Kochuveli - Shriganga Nagar - Kochuveli Weekly Express. Details are as under:

1)  Train no. 09193 / 09194 Surat - Karmali - Surat Weekly on Special Fare: 

Train no. 09193 Surat - Karmali Weekly on Special  Fare will leave from Surat at 19:50 hrs every Tuesday from 19th April to 07th June 2022. Train will reach Karmali at 11:30 hrs on the next day. 

It has been decided by Southern Railway to revise the composition of coaches Train no. 12617 / 12618  Ernakulam Jn. - H. Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Jn. Mangala Lakshdweep Superfast Express (Daily) as under :

Total 22 coaches : 2 Tier AC - 02 Coaches, 3 Tier AC - 07 Coaches, Sleeper - 08 Coaches, Second Seating - 02 Coaches, Pantry Car - 01, Generator Car - 02.

Train no. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special  will leave from Jabalpur Jn. at 23:50 hrs every Friday from 1st April  to 27th May 2022. Train will reach Coimbatore Jn. at 14:40 hrs on the third day.
