In order to clear extra rush of passengers on the occasion of Aanganewadi fair, Konkan Railway, in co-ordination with Central Railway, has decided to run special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Mumbai – Madgaon for the convenience of its most valuable and esteemed passengers. In addition to 122 Winter Special Trains already announced on Konkan Railway Route recently, in co-ordination with Southern Railway, Konkan Railway has now introduced the following additional 2 Special Trains between Tirunelveli – Dadar- Tirunelveli  for the convenience of its most valuable and esteemed passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

YEOMEN SERVICES BY KONKAN RAILWAY STAFF

An alone girl child aged 13 years was travelling by 12619 Matsyagandha Express on 26th October, 2012 without anybody accompanying her and the fear on her face of insecurity was noticed instantly by Shri Shantappa Bannappa Devar, Senior Passenger Assistant, who was working on the same train.

Nizamuddin – Madgaon – H. Nizamuddin and New Delhi – Trivandrum – New Delhi for the convenience of its most valuable and esteemed passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

CANCELLATION OF UNRESERVED PASSENGER SPECIAL TRAINS

Due to poor partronisation, it has been to cancel the trips of Train No. 01403/01404 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) – Madgaon – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT), unreserved Special Ex. LTT on 02/10/2012 & Ex Madgaon on 02/10/2012 & 04/10/2012.
