It has been decided by South Eastern Railway to change terminal for Train no. 08047 / 08048 Howrah Jn. - Vasco Da Gama - Howrah Jn. four days a week Express Special from Howrah Jn. to Shalimar Jn. with additional stoppage at Santragachi Jn. station. Details are as under:

1. Train no. 08047 Shalimar Jn. - Vasco Da Gama  Express Special runs every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday ex Shalimar Jn. with effect from 01/01/2022 until further advice.

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to restore the services & increase frequency  of following Special Trains in co-ordiantion with Central Railway, South Western Railway  & Southern Railway.

The bookings for extended period of services of Train no. 01112 / 01111 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Festival Special and Train no. 01114 / 01113 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Special will open at all Passenger Reservation Systems (PRS), internet and IRCTC website from 20/09/2021.

As a part of Hon’ble Prime Minister’s “Swachh Bharat Mission” initiative, Indian Railway has to maintain Railway premises and trains as well as clean surrounding areas.

It has been decided by West Central Railway to augment coaches on a temporary basis in the following trains to clear extra rush of passengers. Details are as under :

Train no. 02198 / 02197  Jabalpur Jn. - Coimbatore Jn. - Jabalpur Jn.  Weekly Superfast Festival Special: 02 Sleeper Coaches are augmented to the existing composition of 21 Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 23 coaches on  following days:    

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided to extend the service of  Festival Special trains between Madgaon Jn. & Mumbai CSMT. Details are as under :

1) Train no. 01112 / 01111 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Daily Festival Express Special  (Fully Reserved):

Train no. 01112 Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT  Daily Festival Express Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 18:00 hrs from 01st November 2021 to 30th January 2022. Train will reach Mumbai CSMT at 05:40 hrs on the next day.

Good news for passengers!!! It has been decided by South Eastern Railway to extend the services of Train no. 08047 / 08048 Howrah Jn. - Vasco Da Gama - Howrah Jn. Special with existing days in services, timings and stoppages. Details are as under:

1. Train no. 08047 Howrah Jn. - Vasco Da Gama  Special runs every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday earlier notified upto 25/09/2021 is extended from 27/09/2021 to 30/12/2021.

Good news for passengers !!! It has been decided to extend the services of following Ganpati Special Trains to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganpati Festival - 2021.

1. Train no. 01261  Panvel - Chiplun Special notified from 04/09/2021 to 15/09/2021 is extended from 16/09/2021 to 20/09/2021.

2. Train no. 01262 Chiplun - Panvel Special notified from 04/09/2021 to 15/09/2021 is extended from 16/09/2021 to 20/09/2021.

The bookings for the following Ganpati Special Trains will open at all Passenger Reservation Systems (PRS), internet and IRCTC website from 12/09/2021.
