It has been decided to run additional special trains, provide additional stoppages & temporary augmentation of coaches in the following existing special trains to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganpati festival-2018 in co-ordination with Western Railway & Central Railway. Details are as under:
I.Additional Special Trains:

A) Train No. 09106 / 09105 Vadodara Jn. - Sawantwadi Road - Vadodara Jn. (Weekly) Special Train on Special Fare :

Konkan  Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), an arm of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, on 07th August 2018  at the Main Office of NGRI in Uppal, Hyderabad.

It has been decided to augment the coaches in existing Ganpati Special trains and to run additional special trains between Lokmanya Tilak (T) & Sawantwadi Road to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganpati festival-2018 in co-ordination with Central Railway. Details are as under :

I)Augmentation of existing Ganpati Special Trains :

It has been decided by Ministry of Railways to  extend  Train No. 22745 / 22476 Bikaner - Coimbatore Jn.  - Bikaner  Weekly AC Express up to Hissar Jn.  Details are as under:

Good news for devotees of Our lady of Good Health Velankanni !!! It has been decided to run special trains on special fare between Sawantwadi Road / Vasco - Da - Gama and Velankanni for the devotees during the feast of Our Lady of Good Health at Velankanni. Details are as under:
I. Train No 00107 / 00108 Sawantwadi Road – Velankanni – Sawantwadi Road Special train on special fare:

Following Additional Ganpati Special Trains will be open for booking from 02/08/2018 through Internet and all Passenger Reservation Systems (PRS) :
1.Train No.01013 / 01014 Mumbai CSMT - Sawantwadi Road - Mumbai CSMT      (Weekly) Special.
2.Train No. 01421 / 01422 Pune Jn. - Zarap - Pune Jn. (Weekly) Special.
