In continuation to the Press Release issued with regard to Private Party JCB hitting Janshatabdi Express, Hon’ble Minister for Railways, Shri Suresh Prabhu, has ordered that inquiry will be conducted into the incident and strict action will be taken against the defaulter. This inquiry will be conducted by the Commissioner of Railway Safety.

MAHAPARINIRWAN DIVAS OBSERVED ON KONKAN RLY

 
The Death Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was observed at the Corporate Office of Konkan Railway Corporation at Navi Mumbai today. On the occasion, the life and teachings of Babasaheb were remembered. The program was commenced with lighting of candles followed by Dhamma Vandana by the members of the SC/ST Association of Konkan Railway.

Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run Premium special trains between Bandra (T) – Madgaon – Bandra (T) via Konkan Railway route during winter season to clear extra rush of passengers in co-ordination with Western Railway. The details are as under:
