SPECIAL TRAINS FOR VELANKANNI FESTIVAL ON KONKAN RAILWAY

 
Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run following additional special trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during feast of Our Lady of Good Health at Velankanni festival between Thivim & Velankanni in co-ordination with Southern Railway.  The details are as under :-

1) Train no. 00105 / 00106  Thivim – Velankanni -  Thivim  Reserved Express Special

Good news for passengers !!  One additional  Second Class Sleeper Coach  will be attached to Train No.16523 / 16524 Bangaluru City – Karwar – Bangaluru  City Express.  The details are as under :-

It has been decided to run Special Trains between  Dadar  Sawantwadi – Dadar,  Mumbai CST – Zarap – Mumbai CST and Lokmayta Tilak Terminus – Zarap – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus on  Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during Anganewadi   Festival in co-ordination with Central Railway.  The details are as under :-

Engineering cum Traffic block between Kasu  – Nagothane Stations

 
Central Railway has decided to take up Engineering cum Traffic block between Kasu – Nagothane stations from 12:35hrs to 16:35hrs (Traffic Block) on 19.01.2016 (Tuesday) and  20.01.2016 (Wednesday)  for commissioning of Doubling. Due to which the following trains will be affected :-
