It was a long cherished dream of passengers on Konkan Railway Route to have a Double Decker Train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus & Madgaon to cater for the extra rush in order to make the journey more comfortable.

Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to countinue the run of Super Fast Suvidha Special Trains between Indore – Kochuveli – Indore (Weekly) on Konkan Railway route with existing Composition, Path and Timings in co-ordination with Western Railway. The details are as under :-

RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS FOR GANPATI & ONAM FESTIVAL ON KONKAN RAILWAY ROUTE
Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run Superfast Special Trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during Onam & Ganpati Festival between Indore & Kochuveli in co-ordination with Western Railway. The details are as under :-
Train no. 09310/09309 Indore – Kochuveli – Indore Superfast Express for Onam Festival.
Train No. 09310 Indore – Kochuveli Special train will leave from Indore on 25.08.2015 & 15.09.2015 at 21.05 hrs.The train will reach at Kochuveli at 19.10 hrs. on Third day.
SPECIAL TRAINS FOR VELANKANNI FESTIVAL ON KONKAN RAILWAY
Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run following special trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during feast of Our Lady of Good Health at Velankanni festival between Thivim & Velankanni in co-ordination with Southern Railway. The details are as under :-
