Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run Holiday Special Trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus & Madgaon  (Weekly basis) on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during Winter / Christmas  Festival in co-ordination with Central Railway.  The details are as under :-

Good news for passengers !! An additional 3-tier AC coach will be attached to train no. 12432/12431 H. Nizamuddin – Trivandrum – H. Nizamuddin ‘Rajdhani’ Express on temporary basis to clear extra rush of passengers. The details are as under :

One additional coach to 12432 H. Nizamuddin – Trivandrum from 04/01/2015 to 28/01/2015.
One additional coach to 12431 Trivandrum – H. Nizamuddin from 06/01/2015 to 30/01/2015.

RUNNING OF GANPATI SPECIAL TRAINS  ON KONKAN RAILWAY DURING GANPATI FESTIVAL

It has been decided to run additional Special  Trains during Ganpati festival between Bandra Terminus-Karmali–Bandra Terminus and Ahmedabad–Karmali – Ahmedabad  to clear extra rush  of passengers in co-ordination with Western  Railway. Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to introduce new Trains between  Indore & Kochuveli in co-ordination with Western  Railway. Details of trains services are given as under :-

Introductory Train No. 09332 Indore – Kochuveli Special Train

Introductory  Train No. 19332 Indore - Kochuveli as 09332 Special Train will leave from  Indore at 17:35  hrs on 28.06. 2016 (Tuesday). Train will reach Kochuveli at 17.45 hrs  on Third Day.

Good news for passengers !!  Booking of Train no. 00105 Thivim to Velankani via. Mangalore, Shoranur on 28.08.2015 as Velankanni Specials on special fare will start through PRS counters w.e.f. 27.08.2015.

Booking for Ganapati Special Trains

Good news for passengers !!  Booking of Train No. 01005 / 01006 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Madgaon – Lokmanya Tilak (T) and Train No. 01025/ 01026 Lokmanya Tilak(T) – Karmali – Lokmanya Tilak (T)  Ganapati Specials on special fare will start through PRS counters w.e.f. 14.08.2015.

Passengers may avail the same.

As per the notification received from Southern Railway, it has been decided to Originate/ Terminate Train No. 56640/56641 Mangalore -Madgaon – Mangalore Passenger at Mangalore Junction w.e.f. 16/11/2015 to 15/12/2015 due to major repair work being carried out at pit line No. 3 of Mangalore Yard
