Revision in timings of Trains over Konkna Railway
The Non Monsoon timings of the following trains are revised with immediate effect over Konkan Railway. Details are as under :
Running Special Trains during Summer Season - 2026
Good News for Passengers!!! It has been decided to run following special trains in co-ordination with Central Railway to clear the extra rush of passengers during Summer season - 2026. Details are as under:
1) Train no. 01171 / 01172 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. - Mumbai CSMT Special (Weekly) :
Train No. 01171 Mumbai CSMT - Madgaon Jn. Special (Weekly) will leave from Mumbai CSMT at 00:20 hrs on every Thursday from 16/04/2026 to 11/06/2026. The train will reach Madgaon Jn. at 15:15 hrs on the same day.
Running of Special Trains between Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn. and Madgaon Jn. - Bengaluru Cantt.

Train no. 06267 / 06268 Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn. - Bengaluru Cantt. Express Special:
Train no. 06267 Yesvantpur - Madgaon Jn. Express Special will leave from Yesvantpur at 12:00 hrs on 18/03/2026 (Wednesday). The train will reach Madgaon Jn. at 06:45 hrs on the next day.
Konkan Railway Intensify Ticket Inspection Drive
In the month of February-2026, KRCL organized 873 ticket checking drives with routine ticket checking activities, detecting 41,522 cases of unauthorized / irregular travellers. An amount of ₹ 2.41Cr was collected from these passengers towards due railway fare and penalty.
