Short Termination of Trains at Thane & Dadar station
It has been decided to short-terminate the following trains at Thane and Dadar stations up to 31/08/2025 due to the extension work of Platforms No. 12 and 13 at Mumbai CSMT. Repercussion to train services are as under:

Train No. 01109 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Sawantwadi Road Special will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 01:00 hrs on 26/08/2025 (Tuesday) & 27/08/2025 (Wednesday). The train will reach Sawantwadi Road at 15:55 hrs on the same day.
Inauguration of GRP Police Station at Ratnagiri Railway Station
Konkan Railway, with a strong focus on its dedication to passenger safety and reliable services, added another milestone today with the inauguration of the Government Railway Police (GRP) Police Station at Ratnagiri Railway Station.
The event was held on 25.08.2025 in the virtual presence of Shri Prashant Burade, Director General / GRP (Maharashtra) and Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, Chairman and Managing Director, Konkan Railway.
