Train No. 01109 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Sawantwadi Road Special will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 01:00 hrs on 26/08/2025 (Tuesday) & 27/08/2025 (Wednesday). The train will reach Sawantwadi Road at 15:55 hrs on the same day.
Inauguration of GRP Police Station at Ratnagiri Railway Station
Konkan Railway, with a strong focus on its dedication to passenger safety and reliable services, added another milestone today with the inauguration of the Government Railway Police (GRP) Police Station at Ratnagiri Railway Station.

Konkan Railway has introduced the Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) car transportation service between Kolad (Maharashtra) and Verna (Goa). The service, which began on 23.08.2025 ahead of the Ganapati festival, provides passengers the facility to travel with their vehicles on the same train, offering a convenient and unique travel option.
