Konkan Railway Corporation Limited commenced the Vigilance Awareness Week 2024 with the administration of the Integrity Pledge by Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, CMD / KRCL, on 28th October 2024. The week-long observance, running from 28th October to 3rd November 2024, aligns with the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, celebrated on 31st October.
As part of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign, a series of programs, including sessions on Work Culture and Integrity, Conduct Rules, Procurement Processes, Cyber Hygiene and Security, and a seminar on Ethics and Governance are being organised. These sessions aimed to deepen the understanding of ethical practices and the importance of maintaining a transparent work environment.
Today, a keynote address on “सत्यनिष्ठा की संस्कृति से राष्ट्र की समृद्धि” was delivered Shri Prabhat Kumar, Principal Additional Director General of NACIN, Mumbai, as the Chief Guest for the event.
Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, CMD / KRCL, addressed the gathering, reinforcing the importance of vigilance and integrity in day-to-day operations. On this occasion, the Vol.XIV of E-Bulletin ‘Sachetak’, prepared by the Vigilance Department, was published by Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, CMD / KRCL.
Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed across Ratnagiri and Karwar regions with various programs, workshops, and activities aimed at fostering a culture of integrity among employees.
