In 90 days:- Rly administration would ordinarily reply complaint with in stipulated time where detail enquiries are not required

 

In 120 days:-in case where detail enquiries are warranted.

 

In 60 days:-Complaints received through CPGRAMS as fixed by Dept. Of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievance (DOAR & PG)
