Through timely assistance and careful handling, a case of lost property was successfully resolved under Operation Amanat.

On 05.01.2026, a passenger reported that his laptop bag was accidentally left behind on Train No. 10103 at Thivim. The information was promptly acted upon, and the bag was traced and collected from Karmali Station. The recovered articles included a laptop valued at ₹75,000/-, a power bank worth ₹2,500/-, along with a bag and charger, taking the total value to approximately ₹80,000/-.

The recovered items were safely handed over to the passenger at 21:00 hours, after due formalities. The passenger expressed sincere appreciation for the timely assistance and honest efforts.
