WINTER SPECIAL TRAINS  ON KONKAN RAILWAY

 
Good news for passengers !! It has been decided to run following special trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during winter season in co-ordination with Central Railway.  The details are as under :-

1) Train no. 01001 / 01002 Mumbai CST – Karmali – Mumbai CST

Train No. 01001 Mumbai CST – Karmali special train will leave from Mumbai CST at 00:20 hrs on 16th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th, 30th December 2014 and on 02nd, 04th, 06th,  09th  January 2015.  The train will reach Karmali at 11:00 hrs on same day.
Train No. 01002 Karmali – Mumbai CST special train will leave from Karmali at 14:00 hrs on 16th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th, 30th December 2014 and on 02nd, 04th, 06th,  09th  January 2015.  The train will reach Mumbai CST at 00:20 hrs on next day.
The train will run Tri-weekly. The train will halt at  Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali and Kudal  stations.
The train will have One 2-tier A.C. coach, One 3-tier A.C. coach, 08 Second Class Sleeper coaches, 04 General Coaches and Two luggage cum Brake Vans.
