It has been decided by South Western Railway to extend the line block for 14 days from 17/04/2025 to 30/04/2025 for 05 hours daily from 11:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs between Castle Rock & Kulem station for TRT work along with MPT.   Repercussion to train services are as under : 

Extension of Short Termination / Partial Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train no. 18047 Shalimar - Vasco Da Gama Express (04 days a week) journey commences on 17/04/2025, 19/04/2025, 21/04/2025, 22/04/2025, 24/04/2025, 26/04/2025 & 28/04/2025 will be partially cancelled between Hubbali - Vasco Da Gama duly short terminated at Hubballi.
2. Train no. 18048 Vasco Da Gama - Shalimar Express (04 days a week) journey commences on 20/04/2025, 22/04/2025, 24/04/2025, 25/04/2025, 27/04/2025, 29/04/2025 & 01/05/2025 will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.
3. Train no 17419 & 17021 Tirupati - Hyderabad - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express journey commences on 17/04/2025 & 24/04/2025 will be partially canceled between Hubballi - Vasco Da Gama duly Short terminated at Hubballi.
4. Train no. 17420 & 17022 Vasco Da Gama - Tirupati / Hyderabad Weekly Express journey commences on 18/04/2025 & 25/04/2025 will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and will originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.
5. Train no. 17039 Secunderabad - Vasco Da Gama Bi-Weekly Express journey commences on 18/04/2025 , 24/04/2025 & 25/04/2025 will be partially cancelled between Hubballi - Vasco Da Gama duly short terminated at Hubballi.
6. Train no. 17040 Vasco Da Gama - Secunderabad Bi-Weekly Express journey commences on 19/04/2025, 24/04/2025 & 26/04/2025 will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and will originate from Hubbali instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.

Diversion of Trains: 

1. Train no. 11097 Pune Jn. - Ernakulam Jn. Weekly Express journey commences on 19/04/2025 & 26/04/2025 will be diverted via Pune - Panvel - Roha - Madgaon skipping stoppages at Satara, Karad, Sangli, Miraj, Ghataprabha, Belagavi, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem & Sanvordem stations.
2. Train no. 11098 Ernakulam Jn. - Pune Jn. Weekly Express journey commences on 21/04/2025 & 28/04/2025 will be diverted via Madgaon - Roha - Panvel - Pune skipping stoppages Sanvordem, Kulem, Castle Rock, Londa, Belagavi, Ghataprabha, Miraj, Sangli, Karad  and  Satara stations.
3. Train no. 17315 Vasco Da Gama - Velankanni Weekly Express journey commences on 21/04/2025 & 28/04/2025 will be diverted via Madgaon - Mangaluru Jn. - Shoranur - Erode skipping stoppages Sanvordem, Kulem, Castle Rock, Londa, Dharwar, Hubballi, Haveri, Ranibennur, Davangere, Birur, Arsikere, Tiptur, Tumkur, Chikkabanavara, Banaswadi, Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru,  Krishnarajapuram, Bangarapet & Salem stations.
4. Train no. 17316 Velankanni - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express journey commences on 22/04/2025 & 29/04/2025 will be diverted via Erode - Shorannur - Mangaluru Jn. - Madgaon skipping stoppages Salem,Bangarapet, Krishnarajpuram, Sir M Visvesaraya Terminal Bengaluru, Banaswadi, Chikkabanavara, Tumkur, Tiptur, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Ranibennur, Haveri, Hubballi, Dharwar, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem & Sanvordem stations.

Additional stoppage provided at Kundapura station for Train no, 17315 / 17316 Vasco Da  Gama - Velankanni - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express will continue for the above extended period.
